Because each piece is handmade and produced in small quantities, all sales are final.

The Salted Posie does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or other non-defect reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@thesaltedposie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, The Salted Posie will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Natural Materials
Many Salted Posie pieces are made with natural gemstones, pearls, shells, and other materials that may vary in color, shape, texture, and pattern. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
